The Darden Group, LLC is a registered provider of continuing education with the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI). The Darden Group, LLC provides registrants with Recertification Points toward the Certified Construction Manager® (CCM®) certification program. Active CCMs can earn points toward recertification in accordance with the guidelines provided by CMCI.

Understanding the clients need for projects to be on time and within budget: planning the work and working the plan is most important. Beginning with the end in mind, we weave the company’s vision, goals, and expectations throughout the entire project with setting up budgeting and cost control measures.
With over 21 years of management experience on commercial projects up to $1 Billion. Our experience has offered us the ability to develop long-lasting client relationships which has given us an expansive multi-level network. Passion for building relationships both internally and externally for project pursuits, we have built a company focused on understanding a client’s needs and then engaging the appropriate subject matter experts to meet and exceed both needs and expectations. We have managed over $1B in commercial construction projects located in Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland, Indiana, Washington, and Arkansas.
The President actively engages in the broader fabric of the industry and community with leadership serving on a few Boards: ACE Mentoring Program of North America, Pass the Torch for Women, and The Washington Township Advancement Center.
